Alison Watros — Executive DirectorAlison is the Executive Director of Restored Path Detox. Before this role, Alison served as the Executive Director of Origins Counseling, founder and CEO of Windhaven House, and co-founder of Windhaven Counseling Center. In her leadership role at Restored Path Detox, Alison oversees daily operations, markets the program, and builds and maintains relationships with substance use disorder providers. She has a passion for helping people sustain long-term recovery from the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction and has over twenty years of experience in the field. Alison has presented on topics of substance use prevention and treatment, social norms, drug endangered children, drug trends, and recovery to thousands nationally and locally.
Geri Richardson, MD — Medical DirectorDr. Richardson is the Medical Director for Restored Path Detox. Dr. Richardson is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology who has been in practice for over 25 years. After earning her undergraduate degree in Biology from Rice University, Dr. Richardson achieved her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern. Her adult residency and child fellowship were completed at Timberlawn Psychiatric Hospital. Prior to joining the Origins family, she most recently served as Medical Director of Behavioral Health for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, HCSC. Dr. Richardson has had the distinction of being a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 1995.
Leslie Carlos, MHA, BSN, RN — Director of NursingLeslie is a Registered Nurse and the Director of Nursing for Restored Path Detox who is completing her Doctor of Healthcare Administration at Walden University. Leslie earned her Master of Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University-Global Campus and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Denver School of Nursing. Before joining Origins, she spent many years in behavioral healthcare as a specialist in eating, mood, and anxiety disorders and recently as a director in hospice care. Leslie’s recovery journey emphasizes her dedication to helping others who share the path of healing mind, body, and spirit.
Tish Williams — Business Development RepresentativeTish Williams is the Business Development Representative for Restored Path Detox. Before joining Origins, she held several positions, including recruiter and account executive, medical office manager, and marketing liaison on a local and regional basis for several physician groups. An excellent communicator, Tish is skilled in relationship building with patients and providers, community engagement, and sales and account management.
Erica Boyce — Director of Recovery CareErica Boyce is a nationally and state Certified Recovery Specialist and Interventionist. She has been trained through Spectrum Recovery as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist and has gone through training with the International Recovery Institute as a Certified Recovery Specialist. She has been trained in A Relational Intervention Sequence for Engagement (the ARISE® Intervention) with Dr. Judith Landau and the Love First Intervention model. She has completed training through the Addictions Academy as a Level I & II Recovery Specialist. Along with her certifications as a Recovery Specialist, she is also CPR certified with the American Red Cross.
Erica is an active member of the Dallas TAAP organization and a proud member of NAADAC. She believes in helping those who suffer with drug addiction and alcoholism gain a new life and become productive. Erica’s experience and knowledge helps families understand they cannot fight this disease alone. By working together, they can help their loved one live a life of freedom.
